These golf club officers and staff are available to answer your questions and help make your experience of our golf club (be it golf, social or business) an enjoyable one.
As Hon. Sec. Richard has responsibility for general support to both the Council and Captain.He has been a Club member since 1992 and plays an active role in Inter-club Teams, social events and the Mixed section.

As Captain of the A Team, I am dedicated to provide a positive platform for
our junior members to gain experience in match play against low handicap golfers from 5 to 12 handicap. Most of our games are off scratch but played in pairs.
This gives our younger players a chance to test their skills regardless of
giving or receiving shots. They will have to play singles scratch if they are eventually chosen for the First Team. They also learn the etiquette and course management involved from their experienced partners. Mark Pegg, Ben Evans, both now professional, Joe Matharu, Jack Skelton, Jack Whitehurst, Lewis Whitehurst and Sam Evans are just a few of our Juniors who have developed with the help of their A Team involvement into superb golfers. I have now secured a bursary to provide free meals for our junior golfers who wish to be selected for the A team.
I organise the C Team which plays a series of friendly matches, one each week, from mid-March through to mid-September.
C team player are generally of a mid to high handicap and we play from the yellow tees.
New players are always welcome, feel free to call/email me or just write your name and phone no. on the C team sheet in the locker room.

As the Senior Administrator, I will be liaising with a range of people, such as Members, Directors, Council and Visitors. I will also liaise with the catering franchisee with regard to all catering requirements for Parties, Golf Societies & Weddings etc and I aim to offer a friendly service to all.
